Privacy policy

This policy describes a static informational website. It was first published August 20, 2025. The publisher is accessonline, 290 County Ave, Secaucus, NJ 07094, United States. Privacy mail goes to [email protected].

Sales of data

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

No advertising or analytics tag is loaded. Consent defaults to denied for those categories. See the cookie policy.

Information this site stores on your device

If you use the cookie banner, we store your choice in the browser’s local storage under the key ao_consent_v1 and in a first-party cookie named ao_consent. The value records whether you allowed optional analytics storage and optional advertising storage, plus a time stamp. Essential storage is the memory of that choice. It is kept for about six months. Details, including how to change it, are in the cookie policy.

Messages you send

If you email [email protected], [email protected], or [email protected], or if you call +1 (201) 601-0909, we receive what you choose to send: your address or number, and the content of the message. We use it to reply, to correct a page, or to handle a privacy request. We do not use it to build a marketing list. Please do not send sensitive documents we did not ask for. We do not ask for payment card numbers, because we do not take payment.

Connection logs

The server that delivers these pages may keep ordinary connection logs, such as IP address, user agent, the page requested, and the time. Hosts keep those logs to operate and secure the service. They are processed by the host under its own terms. We do not run a separate user database on this website.

Cookies and similar technologies

The only cookie the site sets itself is the consent preference, and only after you choose. We do not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. The consent stub in the page header records a denied state for advertising and analytics storage so that a future tag can see it. Adding a tag later would require an update to this policy and to the cookie policy before the tag loads for people who have not opted in.

Children

The site is written for adults arranging households. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Notes that mention children do so because tip-over is a household hazard adults should read about.

How long we keep email

We keep correspondence long enough to handle the request and to keep a record of a correction or a privacy exchange. If you want a message deleted, write to admin@ and we will delete what we can still find, unless we need to keep it for a legal obligation.

Your requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to appeal a denial. California residents: we do not sell personal information and we do not share it as defined by the CCPA/CPRA for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email [email protected] with the address you used when you contacted us. We may need to confirm that the request is yours. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

Changes

If this policy changes, the update date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after that date is use of the revised policy.

What we do not collect because the site does not do those things

There is no account, no checkout, and no booking form, so we do not collect passwords, payment card numbers, or appointment details. Please do not send those. If a message arrives with a card number in it, we delete the message rather than store the number. There is no product catalog, so we do not keep an order history. There is no advertising tag on the site today, so we do not receive an advertising profile from a tag. The cookie policy describes the preference we store if you choose one, and the categories that stay denied until you allow them.

Mail you send is the main personal information this publication handles. Support, admin, and help are separate mailboxes so a correction, a question about the site, and a privacy request do not have to share a pile. We use the message to reply, to fix a page, or to carry out the request. We do not add the address to a marketing list. The postal address, 290 County Ave, Secaucus, NJ 07094, United States, is the publisher’s address. Paper mail is read the same way. Do not ship goods there.

If you want to know what we still have from a message you sent, email [email protected] from the same address you used, or tell us the address so we can look. We may ask a question to confirm the request is yours. The phone number +1 (201) 601-0909 reaches the publication if you would rather call. We will not ask you to pay a fee to make a privacy request, because we do not take payment for anything else either.
